Responsive communication, condition was exactly as posted, great value,& it arrived perfect due to the obvious care in packaging by seller; impressive in all honesty. Fast international shipping despite FedEx issues misdirecting it through the same hubs, numerous times, across the US over the last week & a half . Very quick shipping—thank you! The machine was shipped from Japan to the USA in just 7 days. Thank you again for the excellent service. Very responsive seller—highly recommended. As for the machine, it was described as unused, and it truly is. However, due to long-term storage, the needles were rusty and needed replacing, along with the sponge bars and a full machine overhaul, cleaning and oiling. Other than that, everything is great. Recommended!
