The seller was proactive in querying not getting feedback, and establishing the item was delayed before I felt the need to raise the issue as it could have just been delayed. Then they were quick to replace it and very helpful in messages. Very impressed with the proactive customer service. The cards were also bundled in the same order as the listing to make it easier to confirm that everything was present.

Had an issue initially with recieving the wrong card, but the seller promptly rectified the issue and sent me the correct one. Post service then almost lost the resent card, but thankfully it arrived in the end.
