The item actually didn’t arrive, however, the seller was very professional, apologetic, and genuinely went digging to see if they could find what happened with USPS. Ultimately I would have preferred the card over a refund, but I’m still giving a positive review as the seller handled the situation very well. I will certainly keep their store in mind for future purchases
