   Perfect transaction — item was packed well, shipped promptly and is exactly as pictured and described. Item is a Coach handbag and the leather was a bit too dry when received, probably from having not been used daily as Coach leatherware is intended to be, but a little bit of leather conditioning cream revived it nicely. I expect to use and love this bag for decades.

   the plane was very nicely packed and arrived when expected. The description of the item could have been better as it was described as "plane comes apart in two parts" which sounds like it can be disassembled into two pieces, but actually the plane is in two pieces as clip or whatever attaches the wing to the fuselage is missing.

   Lack of protection for the item, just shipped in a cardboard envelope without a plastic bag protecting the wallet in the event it gets wet or rained on, or even from delivery drivers that smoke in vehicles. Doesn't have to be fancy. Otherwise, wallet came as advertised and in good condition, shipping was quick.
