Took 2 weeks to arrive and envelope was stamped 'Postage Due: 46c' which might have been the hold up but it was delivered all the same. Card came in a sleeve and top loader inside another sleeve. That was put in a flat mailer taped shut and cut to fit in an envelope. Card looks great. I'm happy
