Although I was initially displeased since the item I ordered is older and had been sitting for a while, the seller was quick to make sure I didn’t walk away unhappy and made every effort to ensure I was content with the experience. Because it wasn’t in quite the condition I was expecting they issued a refund promptly so the situation was much less upsetting.
