I will start off by saying the seller's communication was good. However they are NOT located in LA as stated. Each item in my order (four altogether) shipped separately and from China, not from LA to my home in FL. I originally ordered on 6/4, and the 1st of 4 arrived on 7/18. Yeah, it shipped with the box, but folded up. Others trickled in and I received a duplicate that had to ship back and one without a box they had to replace with one that had a box, then I had to ship the original back
