   well packaged for shipping. charger base does work but the included batteries will not take or hold a charge. very fast shipping. I guess that I should have asked more questions before buying, but looks like I got what I paid for the item was as described just not worth the hassle. I will chalk this one up as a learning experience, thank you. Oh the shipment did arrive 7 days ahead of Ebay's estimate so that is a positive.

   The quality of the packing was exceptional. The box was protected by layers of bubble wrap, as were the contents inside the box. The condition of the stick was as described. Appearance-wise, it looks great despite the torn up box [which was noted in the description]. Overall, an amazing value for what I bought it for. Shipped fast as well. Highly recommend.    Item was wrapped in bubble wrap inside a manilla envelope. Luckily it was wrapped because it looks like the envelope was ripped open and resealed by the post office. There was a note in it from USPS saying opened. It was shipped fast and was in good condition. Was a good price. Appearance was used but in good condition.
