Condition descriptions are subjective and I'm not a book dealer or grader. I just try to take good honest pictures that describe the book better than I can with words, though I have picked up a few along the way. I have not used any photo enhancement tools on these pictures. Vintage 1945 Book of Common Prayer, very nice condition, very little wear, no foxing, very minor yellowing on pastedown and end sheet. Binding is very tight, boards and corners are good, no fading or sunning, pages are pristine. It looks like this book was rarely if ever actually used. Antique 1916 Protestant Episcopal Hymnal, leather covers. Some foxing and cover wear as shown. Binding is ok, pages are good. Please be sure to look at all the pictures carefully before buying. I try hard to take great pictures that accurately describe the items I am selling. I am a retired teacher working from home and enjoy rehoming vintage and pre-loved items. I love the two "McDonald's - Sharkboy and Lavagirl" toys which were sealed carefully in a plastic bag. I received them safely after they were air-shipped securely in a sturdy corrugated-cardboard box (labelled "Fragile" in capital letters) filled with foam peanuts. The items are described precisely via the seller's words and clear photographs. The toys are of value to me as they are memorable mementos of the 2005 Robert Rodriguez 3D fantasy film. Lovely outfit, exactly as described, and was packed very well. After I purchased this outfit, I looked at other items and purchased 3 additional outfits which I was able to combine shipping on in the cart. I messaged the seller asking if I could combine shipping on this outfit, seller responded quickly, combined the shipping and issued me a refund. Flopsey, Mopsy & Cottontail, Beatrice Potter’s characters, made by Beswick arrived today 6 days after purchase. The trio is just darling & goes with my other Peter Rabbit pieces for Easter. Packaging very safe, a small but larger outter brown box with bubble wrap & packing peanuts with a small lovely inner box with trio wrapped in bubble wrap inside. They are in excellent condition & as described. This Seller’s price & shipping cost were comparatively low & service professional. Good job!
