The chip came well packed in an electrostatic safe sleeve and shipped via fedex. This is a new product (although discontinued by manufacturer) and comes with a 2 year warranty. Price with shipping was a bit more than other sellers, but I wanted the part ASAP and was definitely worth it. There was also an unexpected surprise in the shipment as a way to say "Thanks for ordering from us!". I've kept this seler in my favorites, and will definitely use them again.

I am glad that there is a company that provides hard-to-find discontinued machinery parts. This much needed part was well packaged, and shipped clear across the USA arriving just a day late, but the company was able to let me know when it would arrive. I am satisfied doing business with this company, and should I ever need something else that may be hard to find, I will check with them.
