Item arrived broken in two places. I reached out to seller, who immediately responded with apology and issued a refund. Shipping, however, was an issue. Item purchased in June, and by August, I had to reach out to inquire if/when it would ship. That prompted seller to take it to USPS, and I got tracking number within 24 hours.

Shipping took awhile and seller had limited communication. Package was not shipped safely with minimal protection and the receiver had bent/damaged binding posts on the receiver compared to the pictures on the ad. It was also shipped laying on the binding posts with no other support. Luckily it is still functional.
