Shipping and delivery was fast. The package came in about a week from Japan to US. Not sure if this is New as described since the tape looks like it's been removed and put back on but item seems new. Unfortunately, one of the plushie's head is off-centered but I believe that's a manufacturer issue and not seller. Overall happy with my purchase for the value. It's very cute! Thank you!

A mixed reaction. The sleeping bag purchased is exactly as described, delivery was swift, and the seller's communication first. For all that, many thanks. However, there was no additional packaging beyond the original fairly flimsy retail cardboard box , which arrived a bit battered. I would have expected it to be inside a sturdier box. Overall though, thank you.

Nothing like advertised product very disappointing they came in a plastic bag i expected them to be ready assembled in a box as a Christmas gift for my grandson I cannot give these as a gift too my grandson overpriced plastic is all they are I will never buy from this seller again very disappointing
