The conditions of the product was perfect. So where? I live in America the shipping label caused issues because it didn't finish tracking that I got the package. The seller actually contacted the mailing service and they looked into why it says I still didn't get the package about 3 weeks later. I would totally order from the person again considering they went above and beyond to figure out why it said I didn't get the package. They sold the product for a decent prize. The quality was exact.

I love my new Jiji cat! I chose this seller because product pictures indicated the actual size of the M plush toy. Seller was and courteous (I received a lovely card with my purchase). I received a brand new plush toy in perfect condition (in original packaging). This plush is high quality. The plush appearance is exactly as pictured. Since I cannot travel to Japan, I find this to be a good value since it is brand new, authentic and it was shipped to the US. Great seller!

The seller was really transparent about the pricing of the item, even sending a message when the item was sent out. The plush even arrived 4 days earlier than eBay's earliest delivery date, well packed and not even wrinkled by all the bubble wrap and transit to my house. The plush definitely felt like new too to match the item description, huggable and nice in my hands. If I could, I would buy again.
