In acceptable condition, gilt edges, some few pages have come loose in the front/back of Vol 1 and in the front of Vol 2. Corners of front and back plates are bent, bare, and coming apart. Edges of plates are becoming bare. Spines are okay, showing a lot of wear, binding is overall good for the moment. Some noticeable water stains in the front of Vol 1, and the back of Vol 2, and a couple more stains on a few pages here and there as well. The set weighs in at 21 lbs. These books are substantial.
