The initial tracking number provided did not work, however, once DHL was in possession it was easy to track. Seller was communicative and responded to my inquiries quickly. Item arrived damaged due to DHL handling, as the box was crushed on one end. This resulted in the boot coming loose from the figure, but an easy fix and not the seller’s fault (DHL is not the greatest). Item was otherwise as described, excellent condition and craftsmanship. Item arrived on time and was packed nice. Fair price

Amazing seller! The price was great and the figures were authentic! The shipping time was waay ahead of the expected and the seller was great at communicating. The Seller made sure to package the figures carefully and tenderly and they came as described! I had an issue with one of the figures but the seller communicated effectively and efficiently, no issues here! I say this to say that the seller will help out with any issues, would totally buy from again!

Shipping was extremely quick, only took 5 days to get to the U.S from Japan. The packaging was exemplary, the boxes were covered by paper to avoid scratching, then put in a plastic bag, and lastly covered by bubble wrap. The product itself was perfect just as described with both Giorno and Golden Experience, and the value for both figures was very good. Overall a great seller and great product
