For sale, an Antique hardbound complete set of 1926 National Geographic Magazines for January through December. All monthly editions published in 1926 are contained in the books. The one book is made up of January through June editions and the other July through December. The magazines were printed at the end of that year as a journal/book. The books have a leather spine and corners. This is a rare find. This is an college ex-library copy and there are a few stamps throughout to show this. The books are in good condition. Pages are clean and crisp. The bindings are very good and solid. Some shelf wear to the leather spine and leather corners, and a small cut to the July to Dec. spine, but overall great copies. There are no odors. As is usual for National Geographic magazine, the book has beautiful pictures and illustrations throughout. This copy has 1 pull out picture and 1 map. The picture is a color pull out of the Childhood of Sir Walter Raleigh. And the Map is of North and South Carolina. There is a page missing in the July through December copy, which is in an appendix of pictures. Also one page is loose in that section. See pictures. The books don't include original advertising.
