We do have a little French bulldog-so while all attempts are taken to ensure no errant hairs have made their way onto this item-it is a possibility-so if you or someone in your home are highly allergic this may not be a good source for you. He also attends doggie daycare on a pretty regular basis-so while we do not own a cat-there is a very remote possibility that another dog may transfer their hair or fur or a cat's hair to our dog. Fantastic experience - I wanted these gems shipped in a box and the seller easily accommodated for a small price premium. Grail shoes for me in a perfect unworn condition! I don't know by what magic they were able to keep these pristine for 20 years! 10/10 would buy again. Regular shipping did seem a little spendy to me but I'm not complaining. As described, well packaged.
