Item arrived to me with some pieces broken off during shipment. Seller communicated and went to great lengths to make it right. We learn and understand to prevent this from happening again. Aside from a minor piece that went missing, I was able to repair this item and is currently on display along with the rest of my collection. A bad situation with a mostly happy ending. Good value for product. One broken piece that is supposed to hold up half of the screen inside. Captain’s chair was dirty and sticky. Helpful customer service. Poor packaging and very slow shipping. Purchased on 4/2. Arrived on 4/28.
