Fantastic album. Price was acceptable. Item arrived as described and very well packaged. The seller informed me via message that I had opted for the cheapest shipping method. I did attempt to cancel the order as I was unaware when I placed it that the shipping time would be close to 1 month, but my cancellation was refused. The seller never responded to my message inquiring why my cancellation was rejected. Buyer, before you buy, be aware any cancellation requests will most likely be rejected.

The item was as described and the packaging took into account the safe delievery. I can't complain about the item what so ever. What I will say is, AFTER I had already paid for the item as well as shipping costs I was comfortable with, I was sent a message almost pressuring me to spend MORE money for shipping saying it was ON HOLD because they were SUGGESTING I upgrade the shipping. I denied their request and still got the item, but I don't like this sort of shady tactic after a purchase.

Excellent packaging to the US. Excellent turnaround time. The sell ships out within 24 hrs. Communication is very difficult do to language differences and expect replies quickly even though there is a time difference. But in fairness I will say at least the seller is on top of messaging and responding! Would definitely buy from again
