Vol 1 and 5 have unbroken spines. Vol 2 and 3 spines are broken. Pages have an amazing, bright color and crisp texture. Very minimal staining present. All volumes are in outstanding condition for the age. Notes: This is an incomplete set of 4 volumes. Contains volumes 1, 2, 3, and 5. Text is in French. Fascinating engraved illustrations and fold-out diagrams throughout all volumes covering medical procedures on just about all parts of the body, including eyes, fingers, legs, skulls, etc. as well as the tools used for these procedures.
