With thirty illustrations by V. Foulquier, etched by G. Mercier. Published by George H. Richmond & Co., NY, 1895. First English edition, translated by E.P. Robins. This set is set #27 from a limited printing of 250 copies on Holland Hand-Made Paper. Bound in half leather, with calf spines. Leather spines a bit scuffed/worn/chipped as shown in my photos, but the books are in otherwise wonderful condition. Very clean and tight. I will call them about Very Good. Books measure 4 1/2 X 7 1/8. Only a few copies of this set were located in my internet searches and are being offered for upwards of $850!!! This work appears to be quite SCARCE.
