Description
Herman Grimm. LIFE OF MICHAEL ANGELO. 2 Volumes. Translated Fanny Elizabeth Bunnett. Tenth Edition. Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1879. Frontis. portrait engraving of the the artist in Volume One. Half-leather over marbled paper-covered boards, marbled end papers. The detailing on the spines are 6 compartments with raised bands, elaborately stamped in gold with leather spine labels stamped in gold lettering. There is some age-related rubbing and wear on the corner tips and upper edges of the spines on these leatherbound books. The interiors are clean and unmarked, the hinges are tight and strong. Overall this remains a handsome set of leatherbound books. Thanks for looking.

very nice and high-quality slipcase; like the color 😀; packaged well and with care to ensure no damage to case; definitely liked the extra cardboard over the bubble wrapped item, protecting against us box cutters 😃🙃; fast shipping; terrific transaction all around 👏; excellent customer service, price and an A+ seller; thanks 😊

Shipping was quick and packaging was great. Book as described. My husband loved this book back when he was in second grade. I happy he has his own copy. Well worth the cost (value) Thank you so much.
