I had to contact this seller 3 times about this order, which was kind of annoying. The seller first offered to resend the item “with freebies” but that order never arrived. I closed the case I had opened because the seller said there was a replacement in the mail. When it didn’t arrive, seller again said they’d send a replacement “with freebies.” I guess third time’s a charm, because it finally arrived, and while the “freebies” were nice, I can’t use them. I shouldn’t have had to ask 3x. Not ok.
