Antique Leather Bound Books, sold by the linear foot. Perfect for home decor or filling out your collection. All books are in English, 100% original, and bound in leather with hand-tooled gold spines. Some as old as the late 1700s, but most are between 1880 and 1910. Various authors, but most are classic English and American. We have two pictures with a ruler, as an example of what 1 foot of books looks like, and the amount of variation you will receive. Height range is between 5" and 10", with most around 7" or 8". Your lot will have great variation like the images shown, we will not include more than 3 books from any one binding type or series. Most books are in very good condition, some have wear like chipping or rubbing, but none will have detached covers or any major damage. A few books have dampstains or foxing/age spots, but most books have clean white pages. All are antique and well over 100 years, and some much older, so they will not be in perfect condition, but they are all in very good condition for their age, and much better than expected for books this old!
