The only complaint I would raise is that the tracking wasn't very informative - I had no idea where the package was until it suddenly arrived. Keychain came in great condition and looks exactly as pictured and described. I appreciate how securely this item came packaged, adding a bunch of bubble wrap around the keychain itself.
