Received a quality photo of Civil War union soldiers within their entrencements . The soldiers are at rest but ready to go into action if needed! Received it carefully packaged. Since this photo copy was made years ago ,the caption info has been corrected to this day.The photo was actually taken in 1863 not 1865 at Petersburg but actually at Federicksburg. Even the unit itself has been somewhat identified. It is a great picture of how troops actually look on campaign. Recommend this Seller!
