This is a 15-volume set of Oxford Companions in very good condition. There is slight gilt rubbing to a few of the volumes on the side and bottom edges as shown in the photos. The "Companion to American Literature" has a barely noticeable bump to the upper page edges where the gilt is rubbed from about page 700 to the end of the book - please see the photo. All photos were taken by me of the actual book listed. They are part of the description of the book, so please review carefully. The book is sold As-Is. Book in advertised condition (nearly new), well-packaged for shipping, great seller communication, and shipped quickly. For anyone interested in reading a scholarly account of the "passion narrative" in the Gospel's, Father Brown's nearly definitive 2-volume work should be considered "must reading."
