   Communication with the seller was excellent, I had an issue with my item (missing part) and they immediately replied and sent whatever I was missing. The downside though is that the item is slightly different from the image on eBay. The image on eBay shows Caleb being inserted on the right in front, but when you assemble the acrylic stand he is actually on the left in front. The acrylic part with words also actually has one of its upper corners rounded, which is not seen in the image on eBay.

   I loved the quality of the Makoto stand when it came in through the mail. It was safely packaged, had pretty fast shipping, and the amount of details and quality was just as described. I would highly recommend this seller, especially with the clean details on the character, the size, and it's a great value overall.
