While I discovered this item was not compatible with my system, as equipped (its for a PS3 not Xbox360,) I messaged the seller and explained the issue. They were very understanding and apologized for the error in the listing and accepted my return. The item appears in good condition, and it connected to the dongle, even though the dongle was not compatible with my system. I believe it would have worked well as described. I would work with this seller again.
