Item arrived factory wrapped as listed, but had water damage on the artwork and internal paper insert. Likely occurred during shipping, but no way to know for sure. Contacted seller and got a quick reply along with an offer to partially refund the order. While the item had some issues, the interaction and fast response with the seller was fantastic!
