This seller sold me a Batman labeled as new and it came damaged and opened. He was great on communication and explained he actually had the item out of stock and had to buy it off another seller to fulfill his promise. He didn’t check the contents of the box and forwarded the object to me and that’s where I found out it was damaged. He offered a refund or partial refund by choice and I opted for the partial refund. He was willing to make things right and he was efficient. I still recommend him.

Unfortunately after making this purchase the seller released the item was out of stock, no problem as these things happen the seller was very straightforward and issued a full refund as soon as the issue was released excellent seller communication just unfortunate that we couldn’t complete the purchase.
