My biwa came in great condition exactly as shown in photos! It plays and sounds great as expected. Communications were smooth aside from the occasional language barrier. Packaging was excellent with no sign of visible damage. My main issue in the process was the delayed shipping. I believe it was due to the complications of shipping with my Bachi ordered separately. We had two delivery dates but both only arrived on the later date and wasn't explained to well. Will be conducting future business!

Wonderful seller! I totally recommend. Communicative, friendly with high culture standards. Received goods were packed in a way I've never experienced before: secured with many layers of protection. Quality of goods is outstanding kept in untouched condition. I bought 3 Japanese dolls from that seller and their appearance is breathtaking. When the seller went to pack the original item I purchased, they noticed it was in bad shape and unsuitable for selling, so the seller offered to refund or replace the item with others from their inventory. I picked out two more items from the seller's inventory and the seller happily obliged, and send them international express without charging any additional fees. Wonderful communication and service.
