Seller was quick to respond when purchasing the helmet. They shipped it quickly, I got the helmet within two weeks which was super rad! Overall packaging to ensure safety of the helmet was good, due to the construction of the helmet the flap on the back did come loose during shipping and got scratched up bouncing around the inside of the helmet during shipping.
