The packaging wasn't good, If you going to send something like electronics, it must be wrapped properly. The Box that the Roku was in was sealed. Everything was new here, but it kept turning on my TV. couldn't understand why, Contacted Roku Support for two days. They couldn't figure out why the Roku was turning on my TV. And after 10mins the Roku kept turning on. Weird. Have a Roku Premier and it doesn't turn my TV on. So returned it.

Our delivery came with fragile stickers on the box. The box was dirty and had shoe prints and there were several rips and punctures on it. Inside, the vacuum appeared to be stuffed in wherever pieces would fit. However, it worked as advertised. It would have been nice to know that it would arrive like it did.
