Description
Incredibly gorgeous binding. Pages are clean, condition is fantastic. These Punch Magazine volumes spanning from 1847 to 1871 showcase the evolution of Victorian humor and satire over nearly three decades. Punch is renowned for its wit, caricatures, and insightful social commentary, capturing the complexities of a society undergoing rapid industrial, political, and cultural change. This set is incomplete, but what it lacks in completeness it makes up for in the incredible execution in the binding of these volumes. The books look absolutely gorgeous sitting on the shelf and almost have a shine to them that is hard to describe. Dimensions are around 11 inches tall by 9 inches wide by 2.75 inches thick. Seller is competent, efficient, very quick to respond to purchase and mail items. Then items were received in the condition exactly as they were described and were exceptionally well packaged,. Items received much more quickly than I thought would be a reasonable amount of time between purchase and receipt. Once again, I highly recommend this Seller.

Very pleased. Packed thoroughly, in great shape for such an old tome, shipped in a reasonable time, and seller communication was great. 5/5
