Description

1802 2vols The Works of Natural History Gilbert White Illus Hand-Colour Plates. Excellent two book set, of this rare work. All plates are present, as shown in photos. There are notations, added to numerous pages, included in both books. Many of these are done in light pencil. Some are in ink. Vol. 1 has 2 old library plates. One says William Richard Crabbe, with his seal/ coat of arms. The other says YUIMUS, at the base of the coat of arms. Other owners names, written in ink within. I’ll take as many photos as I can.
