The item arrived missing a part. I was able to order a replacement. The seller agreed to cover the cost of the replacement piece. The shipping was timely and the item was securely packed. I would definitely use this seller again. I really appreciated them working with me to find a resolution.

Very quick responses. The item was well packed in a box cut down to just the right size. The item is as described and it was sent within a few days. The post office lost the box for a month but the seller was communicative and pleasant throughout the wait for the item to arrive.

Value was great. Shipping was quick. Ties were as described. The only thing I have to complain about was that the ties were just thrown in a bunch in the box so they were a bit wrinkled instead of riling them or flattening them out. Otherwise great seller A+ and products.
